In July, 2007, I had my first exhibition of indigo art abroad in Paris. The gallery is Miss China Beauty located in 3, rue Francaise of first zone, quite a few persons came on the opening day, July 6. Some of them show great interest in the dye--indigo, which, though is the oldest, now has become the newest to almost all dyers in the world. A lady told me, “The color feels so peaceful. The world is really in need of things that are peaceful.”

Chen Ling-hsiang will be in Paris to have an exhibition of indigo art during July 2007 (from July 6th to July 30th).
With the exhibition, there will be workshops on every weekend (July 7th, 14th , 21st, and 28th) and meetings with the French dyeing artists.The whole activity is arranged by Bonnie Tchien HY and held in her gallery Miss China’s Beauty Room.

Taiwan Designers’ Week 2007

From June 29th to July 4th is the Taiwan Designers’ Week 2007. There are 100 designers selected as being worth visiting in Taiwan. Sozan Indigo Art has the honor of being one of them, and numbered 8 in the map of the Guide Book.
